No worries! We'll be working alongside you, teaching you new trainings and recovery information that you can start implementing right away. However, whilst this is a 'done-with-you' program, there's never any pressure to "keep up". Many people can feel that the pressure of a 5 week program might throw them into a setback. Hey! I’m Toby Morrison.
I’m a CFS Health coach and after going through Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and recovering myself, I made a pact that if I got better, I’d make sure the world had more practical help for recovery. Something I desperately wished I’d had back then.
In 2009, I created the first outpatient recovery process and plan, and since then I’ve worked with over 5,300 individuals from 78 countries.
We now have a team of recovery specialists and we support people from all over the world - so they too can get healthy and start living again.
Recovery is a rehabilitation process of the brain and body. It happens when you do the right things at the right time, and the body responds accordingly.
I’m passionate about the work we do - it’s pretty special to watch clients go from suffering and despair to, 6–12 months later, living their life again.
