Hey Marian Lonsdale , try to build up to 2-3 before moving on! this can help just build a nice foundation. You don't have to do each exercise the same amount of reps or level of phase. Meaning if you find one exercise easier then the others then feel free to do 2 sets of it or advance that one particular exercise. This means we are beginning codevelop your own individual program based on your needs and capabilities. Hope that makes sense!
