2. You will receive the Four Level Recovery Process that is required to get healthy and start living again. (You will get a recording of this session, and you will be able to keep this assessment tracker to see your blind spots and make ongoing progress). Ultimately this is a practical recovery workshop.
3. You will get a recovery overview on what you need to focus on for the short term and the long term.
4. There will be time at the end to answer specific recovery questions
