Tired of going around in circles, not having a practical plan, letting your days and symptoms run your life?

The good news is you don’t have to suffer anymore, you don’t have to be consumed by your symptoms. Recovery is possible.

Why?

Because I have seen thousands of people over the past 15 years from 66 countries of all severities and ages get better.

Even when their doctors said they couldn’t get better or said that there was nothing they could do to get better.

Recovery is possible and your diagnosis does not have to be your end destination.

Instead you need a holistic plan that encompasses YOU.

The crazy part is we don’t treat illness, we treat health.

As you become healthy, your symptoms no longer exist.

Your health goes up, your symptoms go down.

Your sleep gets better, your gut health improves, your muscle condition gets better, your brain function improves, your body and brain adapt better to stress, you become more functional, your nervous system becomes regulated, your mood stabilisers, your energy starts to come back.

The framework is quite simple. Simple doesn’t mean easy though. Particularly when you have very little energy already and you’re struggling with brain fog, it’s extremely hard to make any changes, to stick to changes or to even think clearly on what you should focus on next.

This is why I created Mentorship. Our flagship recovery program that helps create a recovery plan specific for you and helps you every step of the way so you don’t have to guess your way to recovery.

It took me 4.5 years to figure it out and it was a JOURNEY.

The good news is, you don’t have to do it on your own and it doesn’t have to take as long!

The pain, isolation and suffering was so bad for me that when I got better I wanted to make sure no one else had to suffer like I did.

At the end of the day we help people get healthy and start living again. It’s what we do and it’s what we have been doing for the past 15 years, helping people like you get their life back.

In the first 3 months, you’ll see improvements in your energy and stability, and by 6 months, your symptoms will be going down big time and you will start to feel like yourself again.

Here’s what we will do together over the coming months after your initial recovery plan call.


Step 1. GET CLEAR - You’ll jump on an initial recovery plan call with one of my right hand coaches in Nathan or Lauren. They are going to sit down with you, map out what you need to focus on right now with your recovery and then the next steps after that so we are clear on what you need. They will also share with you the full recovery roadmap of what it will look like throughout each step of the journey. The great thing is, Lauren and Nathan get it, they understand CFS. You don’t have to over explain yourself at all as we already know what you’re going through. You are fully understand at CFS Health.

Step 2. GET ACCESS - Provided you are the right fit for Mentorship. We will get you set up with your login details to the recovery plan training so you can get started. The good news is we don’t get you to make any big changes, it’s actually the small ones that matter the most and we will help you with that.

Step 3. STOP THE UPS AND DOWNS & FINALLY GET A ROUTINE/STRUCTURE THAT WORKS (for the long term) - We will help you get your perfect imperfect daily routine/structure so you can actually have a focus each day. This structure and routine will actually feel good. We will help you stop pushing/crashing so you can stabilise. 

Step 4. MAKE PROGRESS - Here we will help you make progress. But we will make sure you're stabilised first before we get you to progress. So we won’t rush this process. It’s about doing things appropriately so it’s simple and not overwhelming. Here you will be able to build up your physical and cognitive capacity appropriately over time.

Step 5. CEMENT YOUR PROGRESS - It’s about solidifying the changes. Making change is easy, sticking at it is hard. You will have weekly accountability each week from me and my team making sure you’re on track.

Step 6. INTEGRATE - Once you have progressed in all areas of recovery, it’s time to start to integrate into life and we will help you with that too. As you can see, it’s quite simple. But that doesn't mean it will be easy. This is why we will help you when life gets in the way, when speed bumps and stressors come up, when you feel like giving up, we will be there to support you and guide you.

When do we start?

Provided you are good fit for the Mentorship you will be accepted in after your initial recovery plan call and you can get set up after your call..

In terms of “what’s included” the coaches will be able to explain everything you get in more depth and more importantly how it all works. We're a one-stop-shop for your recovery. We call it the netflix and google of recovery, literally from your own home, anywhere in the world (we help people in 66 countries).
